Stretch & Strengthen Chair Yoga

Treat yourself to these extra gentle chair yoga classes, combining seated Ananda Yoga postures with uplifting, positive affirmations.

Perfect for seniors or those who need a gentler yoga session.

Experience the peace, calmness, and joy of  Stretch & Strengthen Chair Yoga in a small group setting.

Wear comfortable clothes and raise your spirits while gently stretching your body and relaxing your mind.

 

                                                   

Cost: $10 per class.  Special discounts available when you prepay for multiple classes.

 

Class size is limited to 8 students.  Drop-ins are welcome!
