Restorative Yoga Workshop

Treat yourself to this deeply relaxing, therapeutic session to release deep tension & stress,  quiet the mind,  & experience deep calmness and inner peace.  We’ll use blankets and props to ease into gentle postures with uplifting affirmations, visualizations, and calming music.
