Learn to Meditate, Class #4

In this class you will:

  • Continue to practice effective breathing techniques to help you energize as well as relax more completely.
  • Refine your meditation practice to experience deeper inner states of peace, love, calmness, and joy.
  • Learn to sit more comfortably and concentrate more deeply.
  • Receive more helpful suggestions for establishing and maintaining a daily practice of meditation.
  • Explore ways to experience more of the benefits of meditation in all aspects of your life.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pre-requisite:  Learn to Meditate Saturday Workshop or Two-Class Series
