Evening Meditation

Join us for our weekly Wednesday evening group meditations from 6:30-7:30 pm.
Our meditation session may include some of the following spiritual practices:
- Paramhansa Yogananda’s Energization Exercises -or-
- Swami Kriyananda’s Superconscious Living Exercises
- Simple stretches or gentle yoga postures to relax the body
- Pranayama, special breathing exercises to relax the body and mind.
- Opening prayer
- Chanting
- Meditation (usually 40-45 minutes)
- Affirmation or Guided Visualization
- Healing Prayers
We invite you to join us for our evening meditation sessions.
Chairs and some meditation cushions are available at the center. Please feel free to bring your own meditation gear.
Donations are welcomed.
