Learn to Meditate, Class #4

- Continue to practice effective breathing techniques to help you energize as well as relax more completely.
- Refine your meditation practice to experience deeper inner states of peace, love, calmness, and joy.
- Learn to sit more comfortably and concentrate more deeply.
- Receive more helpful suggestions for establishing and maintaining a daily practice of meditation.
- Explore ways to experience more of the benefits of meditation in all aspects of your life.
Pre-requisite: Learn to Meditate Saturday Workshop or Two-Class Series
