Trained in the Ananda Yoga style, Lisa Kieran teaches spiritualized yoga, using affirmations to help her students deepen their experience of yoga.
This gentle class is designed for older adults or those with physical limitations or injuries. We will explore some of the easier asanas, with special focus on safety precautions and modifications that safely adapt the poses to students' ability.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and yoga mat, if you have one.
$10 drop in, or $32 for a four-class series.
Private Yoga Instruction: $40 for a 60-minute session.
