Learn to Meditate

Saturday Classes:  November 18  or   December 9, 2017    2:00-4:00 pm

Thursday Evening Class: October 19    7:00-8:30 pm  with Nayaswami Premdas

In this class, you will:

  • Experience inner states of peace, love, calmness, and joy.
    Learn to sit comfortably and concentrate deeply.
  • Discover how to establish a daily practice of meditation.
  • Experience the benefits of meditation in all aspects of your life.
