Each week we offer several times for group meditation. Our meditation includes:
A sampler of Paramhansa Yogananda’s Energization Exercises, or simple yoga postures to prepare the body for meditation (5 to 10 minutes)
Opening Prayer and Chanting (5 to 10 minutes)
Meditation (about 40 minutes)

A Guided Meditation for everyone, but especially for new meditators.
