Meditation
Each week we offer several times for group meditation. Our meditation includes:
  • A sampler of Paramhansa Yogananda’s Energization Exercises, or simple yoga postures to prepare the body for meditation (5 to 10 minutes) 
  • Opening Prayer and Chanting (5 to 10 minutes)
  • Meditation (about 40 minutes)

Mondays and Fridays

Evening Meditations 
Mondays, 6:00 - 6:45 PM
A Guided Meditation for everyone, but  especially for new meditators.    
Wednesdays, 7:00 - 8:00 PM
