Each week we offer several times for group meditation. Our
meditation includes:
- A sampler of Paramhansa Yogananda’s Energization Exercises,
or simple yoga postures to prepare the body for meditation (5
to 10 minutes)
- Opening Prayer and Chanting
(5 to 10 minutes)
- Meditation (about 40
minutes)
